Joomla Hotel Booking - Joomla Hotel Booking - Rate & Occupant Type

Very Important: This is very important feature for each hotel admin. So we request please read carefully, so you can easily understand the whole concept of rates & occupant type. If you do not understand this function you can't able to define your hotel room price. For make your concept more clear you may read this article by click here.

Rate Name:	Type your rate name. Such as Low Seasion or High Season; Double room with sea view or Double room with Garden view; Double Room with complimentary breakfast or Withou breakfast - Based on your needs.

Date From :	Starting date of this rate.

Date To:	Ending date of this rate.

Minimum stay:	If you have any special price rate and if you like to define for be a part of this rate how many minimum day guest can stay in this hotel or room.

Maximum Stay:	If you have any special price rate and if you like to define for be a part of this rate how many maximum day guest can stay in this hotel or room.

Arival On:	If this rate only effect any specific day such as if you select Monday. So if your guest arival date in Monday they can book this room using this rate. If you don't have such type of condition please select all day.

Save:	Click save button after you define all above field. So you just create a Rate Name. But you do not define yet amount and occupant type of rate. And please click next button.

Edit:	You can edit any rate name.

Delete:	You can delete any rate name.

After create rate name When you click in next buttom from rate and occupant type area you can see below form. Here you can define.
1. Price of each different room
2. How many adult or children will be allow in one room
3. You can also define conditional rate. Such If adult is 2 they can rent 1 double room which cost is 100 USD.
If adult is 3 & if your guest want to stay in 1 double room and as a hotel admin (if you want) you can charge extra cost for 1 extra adult or if you want you can fixed only 2 adult can stay in one double room. Same conditon you can also define for children if you want.

Room Type	Select room type. As you already know all room name and rate name associated with Room Type.

Sub Room type:	As you know as a hotel admin you can create unlimited room under any type of room what is created by site admin. Lets think Site admin create a room type called Double Room so here each hotel admin can create his/her own types of room under this Double room. Such as : Double room with sea view or Hill View - anything based on your needs. So select your sub room type what is associated with Room type.

Rate Name:	As you know you can create unlimited types of rate for one single room. Such as low season / high season or You can define different price for double room with sea view or hill view. So please select your rate name what is associated with your Sub Room Type.

Number of Room :	How many room you have available under Room type. If you have 10 Double room please select type 10 or if you have 20 double room please type 20.

Mamimum Adult:	How many adult you want to allow in this sub room with this rate. If you want to allow only 2 adult. Please type 2. If you want to allow 3 adult please type 3.

Maximum Children:	How many children you want to allow in this sub room with this rate. If you want to allow only 2 children. Please type 2. If you want to allow 3 children please type 3.

Extra Adult:	Do you want to allow extra adult or do you have facility extra bed in double room. Lets think there is 3 adult But you allow only 2 adult in your double room. What you want to do if your guest want (3 adult) want to stay in 1 double room. Do you give them a facility to stay in one double room. If yes please type your number; how many extra adult you want to allow. If not please leave it blank. If you want t allow extra adult; do you want to charge them for extra bed. if you want to charge them extra Please check adult check box in Additional cost for per occupant type. and type how much you want to charge them for extra.

Extra Children:	Do you want to allow extra children or do you have facility extra bed in double room. Lets think there is 2 adult & 5 children. But you allow only 2 adult and 2 children in your double room. What you want to do if your guest want (2 adult & 5 children) want to stay in 1 double room. Do you give them a facility to stay in one double room. If yes please type your number; how many extra childen you want to allow. If not please leave it blank. If you want t allow extra children; do you want to charge them for extra bed. if you want to charge them extra Please check children check box in Additional cost for per occupant type. and type how much you want to charge them for extra.

Base Price:	Type what is price of your room with above maximum adult & maximum children under the rate name.

Additional cost for per occupant type:	If you offer extra bed in your room please check this option. What we describe in Extra Adult & Extra Children field. If you don't offer extra bed please leave it blank.

Edit:	You can edit any rate & occupant type.

Delete:	You can delete any rate & occupant type.
